I have a gorgeous meditation for you today all around feeling safe to be seen.
This meditation will remove one of the big obstacles that stop you from showing up as you are.
And - happy side effect - you’ll also feel good about it!
Oof, this is a big one for me. Especially at this time of year when I want to disappear into a cave and never be seen again.
I’m all for hibernating and resting and taking time out to learn. A planned retreat and holiday is great, healthy, important.
But disappearing because you feel a bit post-Christmas and not very happy with your appearance (for example) … who exactly is that benefiting?
Well, no one.
Not the people around you, because we don’t get to experience your magic, which I know you have so much of!
And not you, because maybe you feel shame for letting such things hold you back or FOMO or you don’t feel like you’ve accomplished anything, etc, etc.
You get the picture. Shame baskets are not fun or useful places to stay.
Today’s meditation is something I’ve been working on myself and I really wanted to share it because it’s helped me straighten a few things up around my own feelings and fears of being seen.
But I mainly wanted to share it because I’ve been feeling great afterward!
And what better day to share it than the Full Moon!
