Why Manifest Daily?
I have used Manifesting for years.
I started doing it when I was really low. Feeling trapped and alone, I needed something to help me feel better.
At first it helped me to tap into a quiet optimism. A feeling that maybe my life wasn’t completely hopeless.
It quickly turned into something really magical that set me free.
Whether you’re a believer or not… there have been some really wild coincidences and opportunities that were EXACTLY what I was looking for.
From the perfect house to my dream babysitter to the love of my life!
Either way, starting each day with Manifesting fills you with positive energy, making it easier to stay focused and motivated throughout the day.
I’m telling you it’s worth a shot!
And for those of you who give it a go and find some rather negative things start happening… don’t worry, it’s part of the process! And, this podcast is for you: Be careful What you Wish For!
The Manifestation Process:
Step 1: Meditation – Spend 10-20 minutes calming and centering yourself, focusing on the breath.
Step 2: Setting Intentions – Connect with gratitude to build positive energy before manifesting.
Step 3: Manifestation Techniques – Choose the method that suits your learning style:
Kinesthetic: Write down your manifestations as if they’ve already happened, adding specific dates to activate your focus.
Audio: Record your manifestations and listen to them daily to reinforce your vision.
Visual: Close your eyes and vividly imagine your desired outcomes, making the images as big and real as possible.
Key Tips for Effective Manifesting:
Be specific with what you want, so you recognise it when it happens.
Engage all your senses — see, hear, and feel the what you want as if it’s happening.
Aim for a full-body “yes” (turned on even!!) — this amplifies the manifestation energy.
Tomorrow’s session will focus on manifesting abundance!
