[Day 5] Manifest the Spring YOU Want

Welcome to Day 5 of the Love Notes Reset: Manifest the Spring YOU Want!

Thank you for your patience with Day 5 of this reset. I tried to do this final meditation a few times and then the penny dropped… it needed to be:

  • On the 21st (yesterday) and

  • Longer than 10-15mins!

So here you have the entire class from last night’s Venus Yoga for Freeeeee!

Please note: Doing the whole thing will supercharge your manifesting. However, if you only have a little time, use the first 15 min meditation and then go and manifest as you have been doing! You can always come back to this.

What you’ll need:

  • yoga mat/towel

  • comfy clothes

  • 2 loose sheets of paper and a pen

  • a few big cushions or a bolster

  • a blanket

Releasing the Shoulds

This class starts with a symbolic ripping up of our own expectations (and external - we’ve all been programmed to believe this stuff from somewhere) of what we SHOULD be doing over the next few days, weeks and months…

(please also burn your ripped up paper somewhere safely!).

What do you Want

Thinking about what really lights up your soul - what you truly want to feel, do and have - we move into the meditation.

I invite Jaguar, Big Cat archetype for the sacrum, to join us and support us in manifesting our dreams.

» You could use this 1st 15 mins as your Day 5 of the reset and then go on and manifest as you have been doing.

Embodied Practice

I’d love you to carry on and do the whole 70mins!
