, to help me get it over the line!Since I’m a huge advocate for getting help and talk about it a lot in my book How to Divorce Sober (the book that was birthed from this podcast - listen to the launch party here!), I’m ok with that.

Dan, my boyfriend, LOVEs a debrief - even the electrician got one the other day! It’s partly hilarious - he can’t help it! - but it’s also become an ESSENTIAL part of my existence and I’ve come to really appreciate, and even need, the debrief.
I’m the kinda girl who finds it easy to keep powering on, thinking I’m not “there” yet. Whatever there is…? It keeps moving!
So I’m very grateful for this practise of stopping to notice all the good. Thanks Dan.
Turns out 100 episodes is already special. It was nice to have a little celebration and look back at what we’ve achieved.
